Sargano Olives

Sargano Olives are grown in Italy in the Marche and Abruzzo regions for oil. They are harvested when purple.

The oil yield is medium, but the tree makes up for it by producing a lot of olives.

In the Marche, the oil is blended with oils from other olives such as Leccino, Moraiolo, and Frantoio.
