Sliced Olives

Sliced olives are processed by machines.

Machines pit the olives. A conveyor chain brings the olives to a slicer. The chain not only moves the olives, it jiggles them all into facing the same way.

Once at the slicer, a circular rotating blade slices them all the same, widthwise, into uniformly thick slices.
