Sweet Bough Apples

Sweet Bough are medium to large-sized apples.

They have smooth skin, in colour anywhere from whitish to pale yellowish-green, occasionally with a pale red flush, and with dots.

Inside, they have tender, crisp, juicy white flesh with a very sweet taste.

The fruit ripens June to July depending on location.

The tree is hardy, and a heavy bearer.

Sweet Bough Apples originated in the USA.

They were introduced commercially in 1817.
