Horseradish Powder is a whitish powder with a hot, sharp taste.

It is made made from horseradish roots that are cleaned and dried, then ground into a powder that is used as a spice.

It is usually used in sauces and other items that aren't cooked, as cooking can break down the heat.

It is used a lot commercially.
