AC Brador Potatoes

AC Brador are round potatoes with a buff skin and yellow flesh inside.

The plant provides good yields. It blooms with small white flowers with yellow centres.

The tubers can be hard to harvest.

These are waxy potatoes for boiling.

History Notes

AC Brador Potatoes were developed by the Government of Canada at the Agriculture Canada Research Station in Fredericton, New Brunswick in 1966 from a cross between two potatoes referred to as F61101 and F60034. It was called “F73008” in development.
