Altesse Potatoes

Altesse are long, uniformly-shaped potates with yellow skin and flesh, and hardly any eyes.

These are waxy potatoes.

They don’t bruse easily.

History Notes

Altesse Potatoes were developed in France from a cross between Belle de Fontenay Potatoes and BF15 potatoes. Released 1999.
