Anyas are a new breed of small, salad potatoes. They were initially developed at the Scottish Crop Research Institute near Dundee, Scotland.
They are shaped like long, chubby thumbs with little pink dimples. These are so small, some people even grow them in pots.
Suitable for boiling and for salads, like most waxy potatoes.
Cooking Tips
You can cook and serve them peeled or unpeeled.
Cook whole. If boiling, boil 10 to 12 minutes or until tender to a fork. Don’t overcook them; enjoy their texture!
