Baba Franchuk’s Rocambole Garlic bulbs have white skin with purple flushes on it. Inside there are about 7 cloves, with dark purple skin on them.

The garlic has a sharp taste that is prolonged but smooth.

Above ground, the plant will grow 27 inches (70 cm tall) with wide leaves.

It is a member of the Rocambole group of garlic, which is a subgroup of the hardneck group.
