Baby blue hubbard squash are tear-drop shaped or plumper, with slate-blue rind.

They have dry, deep yellow, finely-textured flesh with a sweet, rich taste.

They grow to be 20 to 40 cm (8 to 16 inches) wide, and weigh 1 to 3 ¼ kg (2 to 7 pounds.)

Semi-bush type plant, with 4 to 6 squash per plant.

90 to 100 days from seed.

Stores well.
