Bf-15 Potatoes

A small, kidney-shaped potato with yellow skin and yellow flesh, developed from the Belle de Fontenay potato.

Good for salads and all general waxy-potato uses.

Currently (2004) available in the UK and Europe; in North America currently mostly available only to home gardeners. In Europe, largely grown in the Netherlands and France.

Substitutes

Other small waxy salad potatoes.

History Notes

Developed in France; released in 1947.
