Blue Banana Squash

Blue Banana Squash has a long banana shape (actually more like a dirigible), with bluish-slate-coloured, slightly-wrinkled rind.

They grow 20 to 22 inches (50 to 55 cm) long, 6 inches (15 cm) wide, and weigh 12 pounds (5 ½ kg.)

Inside, they have yellowish-orange flesh, which is slightly drier than that of other Banana Squash, but the flavour is considered richer.

110 days from seed.

Cooking Tips

Easy to peel.
