Cowhorn Potatoes

Cowhorn Potatoes are fingerling potatoes with dull, medium-dark-purple skin, that is smooth for the most part. They are somewhat curved and pointed at one end, which reminds some people somewhat of cow’s horns.

Inside, they have white flesh.

These are floury potatoes.
