Course Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken
  • Butter soft
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Thyme dried
  • Garlic crushed
  • Salt
  • Ground Pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients (except the chicken, obviously!) Smear the mixture over the outside of the chicken, and roast as normal.

Notes

You can use chopped fresh thyme if you have any instead of the dried. If you need to soften the butter in a hurry, you can zap it for a few secs in the microwave. But not too long, you don't want it melted.
