French Fingerling Potatoes are 3 inches (7.5 cm) long by 1 ½ inches (4 cm) wide.
They have smooth, dark, rosy-red skin. Inside, they have yellow flesh with some pink flushes under the skin. If allowed to remain in the ground until fully mature, the flesh will be red.
These are waxy potatoes with good flavour.
Cooking Tips
Steam or roast. The flesh stays firm when cooked.
