Fundy are medium-sized, oval potatoes, with light buff skin with some netting.
They have white flesh inside.
They are marketed as all-purpose for direct to consumer sales.
History Notes
Fundy Potatoes were developed by Agriculture Canada at its Fredericton Research Station, New-Brunswick, in 1950, from a cross between Keswick potatoes and a potato referred to as “USDA seedling X96-56.” Released 1958.
