Goldrush is an F1 hybrid zucchini.

The skin is bright yellow, green at the stem ends. Inside the flesh is off-white.

The zucchini tends to be uniformly sized, about 17 to 20 cm (7 to 8 inches) long.

The plant is a compact, upright, open bush type that has zucchini ready for picking within 50 days of planting from seed.

Cooking Tips

The texture and mild flavour of Goldrush Zucchini makes it good for any use.
