It can be sold bone-in or boneless.
Whole boned chump can be rolled into a Lamb “rump roast.” For roasting, it is far tenderer than a beef rump roast would be.
When boned, the round bone is removed, and this provides space for a stuffing if you wish.
One Lamb Chump Roast will serve two people.
The meat can also be used for stewing.
