Merlin Potatoes

Merlin Potatoes are oval, with yellow skin that is red around the eyes, and off-white flesh.

They are marketed as all-purpose, even though they are not particularly good though as a boiled potato or as a salad potato.

Merlin Potatoes were developed in 1997 by a Jack Dunnett of Caithness Potatoes Ltd, Scotland.
