Pink Fir Apple Potatoes

Pink Fir Apple Potatoes are long, knobbly potatoes with pink skin and yellow flesh.

These are waxy potatoes, excellent as salad potatoes because they also have very good flavour.

Each plant will produce about 43 potatoes, for a total weight of 3 ¼ pounds (1.5 kg.)

Late harvest.

Cooking Tips

Cook whole, unpeeled.

History Notes

Pink Fir Apple Potatoes date from as early as 1850 in France or Germany.
