Pinkerton Avocado

The Pinkerton Avocado has relatively rough, medium-thin, dark green skin that peels easily. It is shaped like we expect an avocado to be shaped, except it has a longer neck. Owing to its length, it has a thinner “girth” than most avocados. The flesh is pale green. The stone inside is small.

It is a hybrid Guatemalan type.

An important variety in Israel.
