Pot Sticker Wrappers

Pot Sticker Wrappers are thin, round pieces of dough used to make Pot Stickers with. The dough can be made from just flour, salt and water, or have egg added as well.

The ingredients are mixed into a dough which is kneaded for about 5 minutes then let rest for half an hour. Small balls are formed from it, which are then rolled out into flat circles.

Pot Sticker Wrappers are thinner than wonton wrappers, but thicker than for wrappers meant for steamed dumplings.

Cooking Tips

When working with Pot Sticker Wrappers, keep the pile of unused ones covered with a damp cloth to prevent their drying out.
