Pride Potatoes

Pride Potatoes are round, with pale-buff skin and white flesh.

They are promoted as all-purpose for direct to consumer sales.

Probably extinct.

History Notes

Pride Potatoes were developed by a Dr Arthur J. Pratt (1905 – 1994) of the New York State College of Agriculture and Life Sciences from a cross between Sebago potatoes and a potato referred to as Ag56.
