Princess Potatoes

Princess are oval, medium-sized potatoes with yellow skin and pale yellow flesh.

These are waxy potatoes, good for salads, even though the flesh becomes a bit floury when cooked.

Early harvest. Each plant yields about 1.6 kg of potatoes, or about 37 potatoes.

Storage Hints

Stores well.

History Notes

Princess Potatoes were released in 2000.
