Raspberry Jam

Raspberry jam is a sweet, thick, bright-red fruit spread made from raspberries.
Some raspberry jams are strained to remove the seeds; these are called “seedless raspberry jams.”

In addition to being a great spread on toast, raspberry jam can be used in baking, or as a topping for yoghurt or ice cream.

Cooking Tips

Raspberries do not by themselves have enough pectin to set into a jam. Added pectin must be used.
