River Mint is a perennial that grows up to 20 inches (½ metre) tall.

It is mostly used for herbal teas.

Cooking Tips

Use 1 or 2 fresh sprigs of leaves per cup, pour boiling water on them, let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
