Roselys Potatoes

Roselys are large-sized, round to oval potatoes with smooth light-red skin, and white flesh.

They are marketed as all-purpose for direct to consumer sales and for processing into French Fries (aka chips in the UK.)

History Notes

Roselys Potatoes were developed in 1987 by the Québec Ministry of Agriculture at its Les Buissons Research Station, Québec from a cross between Belchip and Norland potatoes.
