Sambal Goreng Dadar is a chunky Indonesian sauce.
Eggs are beaten with salt, pepper and parsley, then let stand 15 minutes. The egg is then fried without stirring to make a omelette, and browned on both sides.
While still warm, the omelette is rolled up, then allowed to cool, and cut into slices.
The egg slices are tossed with a fried mixture of diced onion, garlic, chile, salt, pepper and laos. It is then simmered in a pan for 10 minutes with palm sugar, lemon grass powder, condensed coconut milk and water.
It is served with rice and a vegetable.
