Shelley Potatoes

Shelley Potatoes are very small potatoes, with light-buff skin, shallow eyes and white flesh.

These are waxy potatoes that stay together well when cooked. They have good flavour warm or cold.

The plant delivers high yields of uniformly-sized potatoes.

Cooking Tips

Good for salads.

History Notes

Shelley Potatos were developed in 2002, and released in 2004.

Language Notes

Some say the potato is named after the poet Shelley, but it’s just as likely to have been named after Shelley, Idaho.
