Small Wonder Squash is a variety of spaghetti squash. It is small and round, about the size of an oval grapefruit, growing 6 inches x 5 inches (15 cm by 12 1/2 cm) and weighing 1 1/2 to 2 pounds (700 to 900g.)
It has light orange coloured rind, and a flavour more pronounced than regular spaghetti squash.
F1 hybrid vine; 9 squashes per plant.
70 to 90 days from seed.
Cooking Tips
Single serving size. Cook as for a spaghetti squash.
