Stripetti Squash is a form of spaghetti squash.
It is oblong, with a thick green rind ripening to yellow that is striped with orange or green stripes, and mottled with either tan or yellow, causing it to look a bit like a small watermelon.
The flesh inside is golden.
It has a softer texture than spaghetti squash, and a milder taste.
Storage Hints
Store for up to 3 months in a cool place (not the refrigerator.)

Stripetti Squash was developed from a cross between Delicata and Spaghetti squashes.
