Up-To-Date Potatoes are flattened yet oval, with light-buff skin and off-white flesh.
These are floury potatoes with good flavour.
They are good for mashing and baking, and are promoted for processing into French Fries (aka chips in the UK.)
They are grown commercially particularly in South Africa, New South Wales (Australia), Tasmania (Australia) and Burma.
