Valencia Peanuts

Valencia Peanuts are a category of peanut plants.

They are also the sweetest of the four main types of peanuts.

There will be 3 to 6 smallish peanuts per pod, with bright red skin on the peanuts.

Varieties include “Georgia Red”, “Tennessee Red”, and “Valencia A.”

They are mostly grown in New Mexico.

They can be used fresh for boiled peanuts. They are also often sold roasted in the shell.

Valencia Peanuts are the most popular peanut with home gardeners.

95 to 100 days from seed.
