Wensleydale cheese with cranberries is Wensleydale cheese, made with pasteurized cow’s milk, with cranberries folded into the cheese.

The cheese has a fresh, clean taste which, along with the lively tartness of the cranberries, helps the cheese to act as a foil alongside overly rich food, such as servings of mince tarts or Christmas fruitcake.

It is generally aged 3 to 4 weeks, and then released to the market in time for Christmas sales.

Cooking Tips

Wensleydale Cheese with Cranberries is not for cooking, but rather is a table cheese.
