Black Pasta is pasta made from a pasta dough (typically from durum wheat semolina flour) that has ink from squid or cuttlefish mixed into it.

The ink both colours and flavours the pasta.

This pasta is good with shellfish.

Cooking Tips

Best used with a seafood sauce.
