À la Morvandelle indicates ham served with a sauce, of which there are two versions:

  • a cream sauce with pepper, salt, and herbs such as garlic, chives and parsley;
  • a cream sauce with juniper berries, shallots, vinegar and white wine.

Language Notes

Morvan is a mountainous region in east central France.
