Abram Apples

Abram Apples are small to medium-sized, with a greenish-yellow waxy skin flushed with dull red.

An Abram Apple has tender, finely-textured yellowish-white flesh that is sweet with a touch of spice to it.

Late ripener.

Good for cider.

Storage Hints

Stores well. Its flavour even improves in storage.

History Notes

The first known mention of Abram Apples was in a newspaper in Virginia, USA in 1755. Its origin prior to that is uncertain.
