AC Domino Potatoes have bluish purplish skin, that often tends to be quite purplish.
Inside, the flesh is white.
The plant produces white flowers with yellow centres, and is very productive, delivering a late season harvest.

History Notes
AC Domino Potatoes were developed by Agriculture Canada at its Atlantic Cool Climate Crop Research Centre in St John’s, Newfoundland from a cross between Blue Mac and SVP AM66-42 in 1977.
Development was led by Belfast, Ireland native Kenneth G. Proudfoot who also developed AC Blue Pride Potatoes.
During development, it was called N1051-1.
Released 1990.
