Ajo Rojo Creole Garlic

While some red garlics are actually purple, Ajo Rojo Creole is almost red,

The bulb skin is thicker than most other garlics, allowing it to stand up well to heat and drought while growing.

It is quite similar to Burgundy garlic but has redder, thicker skin, and a bit of a stronger flavour.

There will be up to 12 cloves per bulb.

The garlic belongs to the silverskin group of softneck garlics.
