Barbequed Pork Chops with Cheese and Apple Sauce
A really easy way to do something different with your pork chops on a weeknight: transform them with just a spoonful of apple sauce and a cheese slice
- Barbeque pork chops until they are within a few minutes of removing from the barbeque.
- Then top them with a few spoonfuls of applesauce and a few thin slices of cheese (we just used one cheese slice per chop. )
- Let the cheese melt; placing the cover down on the barbeque may help the cheese to melt faster.
- Serve hot.
Obviously, don't turn the chops anymore after you have put the applesauce and cheese topping on them!
