Beurre de Rocquencourt Beans

Beurre de Rocquencourt are a French variety of golden yellow wax beans.

They grow on a compact bush that likes cool night temperatures.

Beurre de Rocquencourt Beans are 5 to 6 inches (13 to 15 cm) long, and straight, slim, stringless and crisp.

The beans are black inside.

The Beurre de Rocquencourt Bean plant keeps on producing if picked regularly.

History Notes

Beurre de Rocquencourt Beans were introduced in 1957 by Truffaut-Gautier.
