Brunswick Smoked Ham

Brunswick Smoked Ham is a ready to eat, already cooked ham with a smoky taste that can be used as a flavouring in dishes.

It is made from the rump of the pig.

It is tumbled in brine overnight, then moulded and cooked, then smoked for 5 hours with smoke from beechwood chips.
