Cariboo Potatoes

Cariboo Potatoes are oblong, with buff skin, and white flesh.

History Notes

Cariboo Potatoes were developed by A.R. Maurer for Agriculture Canada at its Research Station in Fredericton, New Brunswick from a cross between Krantz potaotes and a potato referred to as “SSRPB 1256A (23).”

Released 1967.
