Carmona Potatoes are oblong, large-sized potatoes with yellow skin and pale yellow flesh.

They are around 16% starch content.

They can be used commercially for processing into French Fries (aka chips in the UK.)

They can also be processed into dehydrated potato products and potato chips (aka crisps in the UK.)

Shallow eyes let them be easily machine peeled.

Early harvest.

Storage Hints

Doesn’t bruise easily.
