Custard White Zucchini is a variety of Pattypan Squash.
The rind is actually white with a tinge of green. The zucchini will grow up to about 5 inches (13 cm) wide, and weigh up to 2 ½ pounds (1.1 kg), but it is best picked smaller.
The plant has trailing vines, but tends to be compact.
The zucchini is ready for harvest in 54 days.
Cooking Tips
It is good for baking, frying. It has a firm texture when cooked up, like fish. Just cut into slices and fry.
