Devilled Ham Recipe
This recipe envisages using the "nuclear neon green" relish of North America. You can substitute minced green pickle.
- Toss ham in food processor; whiz until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients, whiz until blended.
- Store in refrigerator, covered. Best if made a few hours ahead to allow flavours to marry.
- Can be frozen.
Instead of mayonnaise, you can use a salad dressing such as Miracle Whip or salad cream.
