Devilled Ham Recipe

Devilled Ham Recipe

This recipe envisages using the "nuclear neon green" relish of North America. You can substitute minced green pickle.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ham cooked, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Celery diced
  • 2 tablespoons Relish
  • ½ teaspoon Horseradish
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Toss ham in food processor; whiz until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients, whiz until blended.
  • Store in refrigerator, covered. Best if made a few hours ahead to allow flavours to marry.
  • Can be frozen.

Notes

Instead of mayonnaise, you can use a salad dressing such as Miracle Whip or salad cream.
