These are floury potatoes.
Good for baking;
- Good for French Fries (aka chips in the UK);
- Good for roast potatoes;
- Okay boiled if you don’t overcook them, or they will fall apart, but better steamed or lightly simmered.
Stores well. Rich taste after a few months of storage.
