These are floury potatoes, marketed as all-purpose for direct to consumer sales.

History Notes
Hilite Russet Potatoes were found in a field near Ashton, Idaho, possibly from a cross between Nooksack and Norgold Russet potatoes.
During trials, the potato was referred to as “78-LCI.”
