Katy’s White Lavender is a feta-style cheese made from sheep’s milk.
Made in 30 oz (850 g) wheels, it has lavender flowers in it to flavour it.
Katy’s White Lavender Cheese is made by the Shepherds Purse company near Thirsk, North Yorkshire.
