LaRouge Potatoes

LaRouge Potatoes are round, with bright red skin.

These are waxy potatoes, but they are marketed as all-purpose for direct to consumer sales.

History Notes

LaRouge Potatoes were developed at Louisiana State University from a cross between two potatoes referred to as “LA02-5” and “LA02-5.”
