Locati Silverskin Garlic

The bulb of Locati Silverskin Garlic has thick, very white skin that flakes, so it peels easily.

Inside, there will be 11 to 12 cloves per bulb, with the smaller cloves in an inner ring. The cloves have cream-coloured skin with a red blush.

The garlic has a medium-hot taste.

The plant doesn’t do well in hot, dry climates.

The garlic is good for braiding.

It belongs to the Silverskin sub-group of softneck garlics.

Late harvest.

Storage Hints

Stores 8 to 10 months.
